INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF A CUSTOMISED GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN

QUOTATION REFERENCE NO.: DXB-2021-002

You are invited to participate in this Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") for the provision of a customised group health insurance plan for locally recruited staff at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai.

If you are interested to participate in this ITQ, please contact the Consulate-General by email at dubai_procurement@mfa.sg to receive the ITQ documents.

Your quote should be submitted to the same email address dubai_procurement@mfa.sg.  Please indicate the subject as "Provision of group health insurance for locally recruited staff".  All submissions should reach this email address not later than 12pm noon on Wednesday, 6 October 2021.

All rates and prices quoted should be in Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT.  The quotations received will be assessed broadly on the following criteria and corresponding weightage:

• Price (50%);

• Network Coverage - List of medical institutions accessible / covered by the proposed plan, including Dubai and Sharjah (25%); and

• Compliance to Requirement Specifications (25%).

Your quote should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 60 days from the closing date of this ITQ.

The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote.
