The Singapore Consulate-General provides consular services to Singaporeans visiting/residing in Dubai, UAE. In addition, it can process and issue visas to non-citizens who wish to visit Singapore.

The Consular and Visa Section of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai is open from 8.30am to 12.30pm from Monday to Thursday. Please refer to the "Important information" on the homepage for the Consulate-General's opening hours during the month of Ramadan.

Documents to be notarised and/or attested can be submitted by email to singcg_dxb@mfa.sg (opens in new tab).
Appointments & Document collection
The Consular Officer will confirm an appointment date and time between 8.30am and 12.30pm after reviewing the documents, subject to the availability of appointment slots.
