INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE EXTERNAL AREA AT THE RESIDENCE OF THE CONSUL-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN DUBAI

QUOTATION REFERENCE NO.: DXB-2022-002

            You are invited to participate in this Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") for the provision of cleaning services for the external area at the Residence of the Consul-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai.

            If you are interested to participate in this ITQ, please contact the Consulate-General by email at dubai_procurement@mfa.sg to receive the ITQ documents.

            Your quote should be submitted to the same email address dubai_procurement@mfa.sg.  Please indicate the subject as "Cleaning Services for the External Area at the Residence of the Consul-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai".  All submissions should reach this email address not later than 12pm noon on Friday, 27 May 2022.

            All rates and prices quoted should be in Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT.  The quotations received will be assessed broadly on the following criteria and corresponding weightage:

• Price (50%)

• Compliance with Specifications (including innovation component) (30%)

• Track Record (20%)

            Your quote should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 30 days from the closing date of this ITQ.

            The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote.
