INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES AT THE CHANCERY OF THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN DUBAI

TENDER REFERENCE NO.: DXB-2025-002
You are invited to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the provision of security guard services at the Chancery of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai.
If you are interested to participate in this ITT, please contact the Consulate-General by email at Dubai_Procurement@mfa.sg to register for the mandatory Briefing Session that will take place at the Chancery on 14 May 2025, at 10:30am, and to request the ITT documents. Tenderers must attend this mandatory Briefing Session to have their Tender Offers eligible for further consideration.
Following the mandatory Briefing Session, Tenderers must ensure that documents are fully completed and signed before submitting them in sealed envelopes to the Consulate-General. The envelopes can be submitted in person or by post not later than 12pm (UAE time) on Thursday, 5 June 2025. Please indicate the reference number “DXB-2025-002” on the envelope. The bids should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this ITT (i.e. 5 June 2025).
All rates and prices submitted should be in Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT. The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole, or any bid.
The Tender Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the website of the Consulate-General after the closing date of the ITT and after the Tender is awarded, respectively.
