You are invited to participate in this Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") for the provision of gardening and landscaping services at the Chancery of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai.
If you are interested to participate in this ITQ, please contact the Consulate-General by email at dubai_procurement@mfa.sg to receive the ITQ documents.
Your quote should be submitted to the same email address dubai_procurement@mfa.sg. Please indicate the subject as "Gardening and Landscaping Services at the Chancery of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Dubai". All submissions should reach this email address not later than 12pm noon on Friday, 25 April 2025.
All rates and prices quoted should be in Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT. The quotations received will be assessed broadly on the following criteria and corresponding weightage:
Price (50%)
Compliance with Specifications (including innovation component) (30%)
Track Record (20%)
Your quote should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 30 days from the closing date of this ITQ.
The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote.
The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice shall be published on the notice board of the public waiting area at the Chancery of the Consulate-General.
